Eternal Life in the Bosom of God
The Bible speaks about eternal life being given to the righteous and eternal damnation to the sinner. Matthew 25:46 “And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.”
How does one attain the wage of eternal life?
John 3:15 “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.”
Those that believe in Jesus Christ will obtain eternal life. But, to believe in Jesus Christ goes beyond just acknowledging Him as our Saviour. To believe is to acknowledge, mold with and submit to.
Acknowledge: God reveals Christ by His grace. The believer accepts this revelation through obedience.
Mold with: God continues to issue His grace, so that the believer molds their expectation with Him and their confidence in Him by putting their trust in Him through covenant contact.
Submit to: God continues to issue His grace, so that the believer submits his will to the judgments of God to allow the work of the Spirit to be effected within the soul.
They who believe in Jesus Christ acknowledge, mold with & submit to the grace & truth of God, allowing the work of regeneration to be effected in them, which produces the fruits of the Spirit in the soul. It is by this fruit being birthed in the soul that we know God, and Jesus said, “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou
hast sent.”
By receiving the newness of life through the work of regeneration, by faith in Jesus Christ, we are being prepared to enter in to eternal life.
Entering into eternal life
When we speak of entering into eternal life, we are talking about entering back into the Bosom of God. The Bosom of God is the soul sac of God, where the very Will of God is, also called the Throne of God, which is situated in the 7th Heaven. The Bosom of God is the orb of His light (knowledge and grace) also known as the Shekinah, which is made reference of in the Books of Enoch.
Jesus also spoke to His disciples about the Bosom of God in John 14:2. When He refers to His Father’s house, Jesus was speaking of the Bosom of God and the many mansions speak of the many dimensions in the soul of God. In Jesus preparing a place for us in the Bosom of God our portion (inheritance) is in Him, to function as gods in our own dimension to perpetually increase the glory of our Father.
Eternal life has to do with our soul being engrafted into the Bosom of God, to perpetually function as our Father does without contradiction and to do so in His interest, as a son that takes over the family business with his father’s interest in mind. That is why we are now taking on the mind of Christ and His nature as we believe on the record of Christ.
Jesus Christ is the avenue to God. Through keeping His covenant we are joined to God and being joined to Him He is restoring His likeness to our soul, and taking on His likeness we will be able to return to Him, which is eternal life: abiding in the bosom of God forever.

Eternal life in the Bosom of God is attainable through Jesus Christ.
Those that choose life, which is to walk by faith on the grounds of the second covenant, will obtain eternal life; while those that choose death, which is to walk by the instinctive nature of the flesh (the record of the soul, which is defiled by the knowledge of the world and the fruits of iniquity), will partake of the second death.
The second death is eternal separation from God. The soul being fruitless (void of the virtues of God’s likeness) cannot enter back into the bosom of God (only light can enter into light), and because the soul cannot die it must then be placed in a sealed off dimension called outer darkness, where the lake of fire will be.
Revelations 20:14-15 “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
In keeping covenant with God our names our written in the book of life, meaning that our destiny is eternal life in the Bosom of God.
